Instructions for registration

There are five different registration types:

1. One-day registration: 200 USD per day
2. Regular registration (international)
3. Student Author
4. Regular registration for Vietnamese (without paper)
5. Regular registration for Vietnamese* (with paper)

• For the first type, you can register to attend the conference for one day. This registration is applicable to everyone wish to attend the conference.
• The second type is applicable to the international author with accepted paper(s), who maybe a IEEE member.
• For the third type, it is applicable to students with accepted paper(s), who register with foreign affiliations.
• The fourth registration is applicable to Vietnamese without paper. Its fee will be the same as the second type.
• The fifth registration is applicable to authors of accepted papers in which all authors must have Vietnamese affiliations.

Required:

• Each accepted papers will be included in the conference proceeding if at least one of the authors registers under one of the following types: Regular registration (international); Student Author; Regular registration for Vietnamese* (with paper), depending on the author’s status. In addition, corresponding authors must complete the IEEE E-copyright and upload the final manuscript on EDAS after successfully completing IEEE PDF eXpress checks.
• If an author of an accepted paper registers as Keynote Speaker or Tutorial Lecturer, full registration will be waived. He/she will receive a refund of a full registration at the on-site registration.

Conference Registration

Registration will be mandatory for all conference participants. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants.

Conference registration rates and fees

Included in the conference registration fee are: full access to the conference technical program, including access for downloading the conference proceedings; tickets to the opening reception and closing reception; coffee break refreshments; and access to a mobile-friendly technical program with links to papers and available videos. Member and Non-Member registration also includes the conference Gala Dinner. You will receive a small ICCAIS2022 information booklet that includes, general information about the conference and local area, the plenary speakers, award winners, sponsorship, program-at-glance, and venue map. It does not include a detailed listing of all sessions and papers.

*Included: Up to 2 paper submissions, gift bag, USB proceeding, program booklet, the opening reception, lunch, drinks, Halong tour, Gala dinner.

All amounts shown are in U.S. dollars.

Registration packets (including printed receipts) for all advance registrations will be available at the conference registration desk.

Additional Fees

• Cost per paper for extra paper upload: $250
• Excess page charges (Maximum of two excess pages beyond six pages): $100 / page
• Additional conference Gala dinner ticket: $110
• One-day registration: $200
• Accompanying person: $200
• Extra ticket for the Halong tour (per person): $55

Cancellation Policy

If an author has uploaded a paper using his or her registration, the registration will not be refunded even if the paper is withdrawn or the author is unable to attend the conference. Other requests for a refund of the advanced registration fee will be processed as follows:

• Requests received by the advance registration deadline of November 4th, 2022, will be fully honored and all registration charges will be refunded.
• Requests received between November 4th, 2022 and November 19th, 2022 will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for requests received after November 19th, 2022.
